Who attends? Any child who is entering 2nd grade through 7th grade in the upcoming school year. Participants do not need to be members of FUMC-Bryan.

When? Creative Arts Camp 2019 is July 8-12. Camp meets Monday through Friday from 1:00pm – 4:30pm with a closing performance on Friday at 7:00pm.

Version 2

Camp Elements

Music and Motion

Every day of the week, campers are provided two sessions to learn the songs and accompanying choreography for the show.

Interest Groups

Each camper chooses an interest group that meets for one hour each day. At the end of the week, they will have created a project that will be on display for everyone to see.

Rotation Time

Each camper is assigned a group by age and participates in four 15-minute activities: recreation time, snack time, devotional time, and sectional practice.

Friday Night Performance

Friends and family gather on Friday evening at 7:00 at Rudder High School (3251 Austins Colony Pkwy, Bryan) to view the performance. Campers receive a camp shirt as part of their $16 registration and this is worn for the performance.

Mission

A camp mission is chosen each year and a coin drive to support that mission is held all week with the success announced daily and Friday night at the performance.
